1. Returns Eligibility

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Any item that is damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, to complete your return.

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened ink, toner cartridges, and other consumables
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@sparknovas.com or call us at 1-800-123-4567. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Shipping: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and free gifts. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

  4. Send It Back: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
  • Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a condition that differs from the original state (damaged or used), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues with the product. You may be required to provide photos or further details to assist with the return process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned under any circumstances, including:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges and toner
  • Software, including downloadable content
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
7. Shipping Fees
  • Return Shipping: If the return is not due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Original Shipping: If your return qualifies for a refund, the original shipping fees will not be refunded, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
8. International Returns
