- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been received and processed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
- Delays: In rare cases, there may be delays in processing due to high order volume, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any delays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. The available options will be displayed at checkout, and delivery times are estimates based on the shipping method you choose.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days for delivery.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available in select regions for next business day delivery (order must be placed by 12 PM local time for same-day processing).
- International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination country, customs procedures, and shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method chosen. You can view the shipping cost for your order before completing your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
- International Shipping: International shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination country. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or if it is undeliverable by the carrier, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply if we need to reship the package to a new address.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@sparknovas.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
9. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes to your shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.
